Alternatives to Tokko Broker for real-estate agencies in Mexico
Before the list, it helps to separate two things people look for together that are not the same thing. Tokko Broker runs the agency’s operation: the inventory, the team, the publishing. What is almost always missing alongside it is who answers the prospect that inventory generates, and at what hour. That is why this list has two halves, and the first question to answer is which of the two actually hurts.
Only tools we have already published a one-to-one comparison for make this list, so that every fact on this page — how it describes itself, its site, its pricing, whether it advertises an AI agent — comes from having opened their website on a specific date rather than from a copied list. They are ordered by the problem they solve, not by which one suits us. Every option’s data was checked against its own website on September 24, 2026.
5 alternatives to Tokko Broker
1
EasyBroker
Describes itself as “The #1 Real-Estate CRM in Mexico” — our translation of its own wording.
It is the best on this list if what you want is exactly what Tokko Broker does and you want to move house: EasyBroker is a Mexican real-estate CRM, it publishes your inventory to the portals, and it also owns the Pincali portal. If your problem is inventory and publishing, the alternative to a real-estate CRM is another real-estate CRM, and no other option on this page replaces it.
2
Cliengo
Describes itself as “the most chosen platform for Marketing, Sales and Support teams in LATAM” — our translation of its own wording.
It is the best if you do not want to change anything and only lack someone to answer: Cliengo’s real-estate agent page lists Tokko Broker among its integrations, so it puts an agent to work answering about the portfolio you already have loaded, without migrating it. It is the only one on the list that adds to Tokko Broker instead of replacing it.
3
Kosmo IA
Describes itself as “the all-in-one platform that qualifies leads, books appointments and closes sales automatically on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook” — our translation of its own wording.
It is the best if your group sells something besides property. Kosmo IA is a horizontal platform — its site offers the same product to clinics, spas, restaurants, gyms, schools and insurers — with a landing page dedicated to real estate, so a single tool covers the agency and everything else.
4
Lovbot AI
Describes itself as “AI agents that sell for you, 24/7” — our translation of its own wording.
It is the best if, beyond chat, you want the agent to speak on the phone: Lovbot AI’s Enterprise plan includes voice. Also if you sell across several lines of business at once and would rather have one Mexican vendor for all of them than one tool per vertical.
5
watsi
Describes itself as “Real-estate software with AI that answers WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, qualifies every prospect and books the viewing in your calendar.”.
Choose watsi if what you are losing is prospects because nobody answers WhatsApp in time, and you want the payment-method filter — INFONAVIT, bank credit or cash — and the booking of the viewing to happen inside the conversation itself. It fits worse than the others if your inventory already lives in Tokko Broker and you do not plan to move it: watsi brings its own catalogue and does not sync inventory with it, so you would be maintaining two places.
When to stay with Tokko Broker
Stay with Tokko Broker if what holds your operation together is administration and not response speed. Their site names operations in Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador and Uruguay, and none of the five options above replaces a multi-country real-estate CRM with the inventory and the team inside it. If your complaint is “we take hours to reply”, the change you need is to add something alongside it, not to throw out the CRM.
Frequently asked questions
Which is the best alternative to Tokko Broker if I sell property in Mexico?
It depends on which half of the problem you want to solve. If you are after another real-estate CRM to organise and publish your inventory, EasyBroker is the direct alternative and it is Mexican. If what you lack is someone to answer and book on top of the inventory you already have, the real comparison is between Cliengo — which connects to Tokko Broker without migrating anything — Kosmo IA, Lovbot AI and watsi.
Do I have to leave Tokko Broker to use an AI agent?
Not necessarily. Cliengo lists Tokko Broker among the integrations of its real-estate agent, so there the CRM stays where it is. With watsi you would be bringing the operation over here, because watsi includes its own property catalogue and, as of this review, does not sync inventory with Tokko Broker.
Does Tokko Broker have an AI agent?
Tokko Broker does not publish an AI agent on the pages we reviewed, and that is the most we can claim: it is a snapshot of their website on a date, not a statement about their whole product. The specific pages we looked at are in our comparison with them.
How much does each of these alternatives cost?
We do not publish anyone else’s prices here, because they change and we do not control them. Every option on the list links to its own pricing page, which is the only source that does not age behind our backs. Ours are on our pricing page, in Mexican pesos and with VAT included.
