Alternatives
Alternatives to EasyBroker for real-estate agencies in Mexico
EasyBroker describes itself as “the #1 real-estate CRM in Mexico”, and it does two things very well: it organises your inventory and publishes it to the portals. Almost everyone looking for an alternative is after one of two different things — either a different real-estate CRM, or someone to attend to the prospect that publishing generates — and the list reads far better once you know which of the two is yours.
Only tools we have already published a one-to-one comparison for make this list, so that every fact on this page comes from having opened their website on a specific date. They are ordered by the problem they solve, not by which one suits us. Every option’s data was checked against its own website on September 24, 2026.
5 alternatives to EasyBroker
1
Tokko Broker
Describes itself as “a real-estate CRM that wants to be part of your team by automating the daily work” — our translation of its own wording.
It is the best on this list if you want to change real-estate CRM without changing category, and above all if you operate outside Mexico: Tokko Broker’s site names Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador and Uruguay, while EasyBroker is the Mexican player. If your inventory, your team and your portals have to keep living in a single place, this is the equivalent replacement.
2
Cliengo
Describes itself as “the most chosen platform for Marketing, Sales and Support teams in LATAM” — our translation of its own wording.
It is the best if you want to stay on EasyBroker and only lack someone to answer: Cliengo’s real-estate agent page lists EasyBroker among its integrations, so it puts an agent to work answering about the portfolio you already have published, without migrating it anywhere.
3
Kosmo IA
Describes itself as “the all-in-one platform that qualifies leads, books appointments and closes sales automatically on WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook” — our translation of its own wording.
It is the best if your group handles more than property over WhatsApp. Kosmo IA covers eleven industries with the same product — clinics, spas, restaurants, gyms, schools, insurers — and brings a landing page dedicated to real estate, so a single tool serves the whole group.
4
Lovbot AI
Describes itself as “AI agents that sell for you, 24/7” — our translation of its own wording.
It is the best if you want the agent to speak on the phone too, because Lovbot AI’s Enterprise plan includes voice. Also if you sell across several lines of business — cars, a clinic, a practice — and would rather have one Mexican vendor than one tool per vertical.
5
watsi
Describes itself as “Real-estate software with AI that answers WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, qualifies every prospect and books the viewing in your calendar.”.
Choose watsi if inventory is not your problem and response speed is: it answers WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, asks about the payment method inside the conversation and leaves the viewing booked in the calendar. The opposite is worth saying too: watsi does not publish inventory to the portals and does not sync with EasyBroker, so if your pain is publishing, this is not your option.
When to stay with EasyBroker
Stay with EasyBroker if your real problem is that the inventory lives in spreadsheets and publishing to the portals costs you a whole afternoon. That is exactly what it does, and none of the five options above does it better in Mexico. Put the other way round from how it is usually framed: EasyBroker and an answering agent barely get in each other’s way, because one publishes the inventory and the other attends to whoever writes in — a lot of people comparing them actually need both.
Frequently asked questions
Which is the best alternative to EasyBroker in Mexico?
If you are after another real-estate CRM, Tokko Broker is the equivalent replacement and it also operates in several countries in the region. If what you want is not a CRM but someone to attend to and book the prospect, then the comparison is between Cliengo, Kosmo IA, Lovbot AI and watsi — and there EasyBroker is not really what you are replacing.
Can I use an AI agent without leaving EasyBroker?
Yes. Cliengo lists EasyBroker among the integrations of its real-estate agent, so the inventory stays where it is. With watsi the answer is different and worth stating plainly: watsi brings its own property catalogue and, as of this review, does not sync inventory with EasyBroker, so you would have two places to maintain.
Does EasyBroker have an AI agent?
EasyBroker does not publish an AI agent on the pages we reviewed. That is a statement about what we looked at that day, with the list of pages beside it, and not a statement about their whole product: our comparison with them says exactly where we looked.
How much does each of these alternatives cost?
We do not publish anyone else’s prices, because they change and we do not control them. Every option links to its own pricing page. Ours are on our pricing page, in Mexican pesos and with VAT included.
About prices: we do not publish anyone else’s here, because they change and we do not control them. Every option above links to its own site, where theirs are. Ours are on our pricing page, in Mexican pesos and with VAT included.
