Integrations

watsi and Tokko Broker

There is no integration with Tokko Broker: watsi neither reads nor writes in your account. What there is is coexistence — Tokko stays your inventory system and watsi handles the conversation.

There is no integration between watsi and Tokko Broker: watsi does not log into your Tokko account, does not read your inventory from there and does not write anything to it. What does happen is that they coexist — Tokko stays where you manage properties and watsi is the one answering, qualifying and booking on WhatsApp — and your catalogue can reach watsi from the URLs of your already published listings.

At a real-estate developer in Mexico using watsi, the agent answered the first WhatsApp message in a median of 21 seconds (1,069 conversations between July 1 and September 20, 2026; measured on September 21, 2026). Those 21 seconds include the pause the agent leaves for the person to finish typing. Most of those conversations came from Meta ads, not from portals.

What each one covers

Tokko Broker is a real-estate management system: inventory, publishing to portals, listings, running the operation. Watsi does not do that and does not aim to replace it. Watsi covers the top of the funnel, which is where an agency loses the leads it already paid for: the conversation that arrives on WhatsApp and takes hours to be answered.

Put in one sentence: Tokko knows which properties you have; watsi knows who asked about them and at what time they can come see them. That they are not connected today means inventory is managed in one place and conversations in another, not that one gets in the other’s way.

How your inventory reaches watsi if there is no integration

For the agent to talk about specific properties it has to know them, and there is a real path that does not go through Tokko: watsi can build its catalogue from the URLs of your already published listings, reading what anyone can see on those pages.

It is worth saying exactly what that is, because it is precisely what tends to get sold as an integration and is not. Watsi reads public pages and records where it took each property from and when it last read it. It holds no credentials to your account, sees nothing that is not published, and does not find out about a change until it reads the listing again.

The practical consequence is the one to keep in mind before trusting it: if you change a price in Tokko and the published listing does not reflect it yet, or watsi has not re-read it, the agent may quote a stale figure. That is why, with an imported catalogue, the recommendation is that the agent speaks about availability and ranges, and that the final number is confirmed by an advisor or a quote.

What this looks like in the team’s day-to-day

The team keeps working the inventory in Tokko exactly as before. What changes is on WhatsApp: messages are answered on the spot instead of in the afternoon, the agent asks what has to be asked before moving anyone — budget, area, payment method, urgency — and the viewing is booked on the calendar of the advisor it belongs to.

What reaches the person, then, is not a context-free "hello": it is a qualified conversation, with an appointment set or with a clear reason to escalate it. That is the work that was being done by hand and the one that can be dropped without connecting the two systems.

If what you need is a real integration

Then this page just saved you a call. It does not exist today, and saying so here is the reason this section is written the way it is: an integration page that promises what is not there gets charged back in the first week of use, when somebody discovers the inventory does not sync.

If you need it, tell the watsi team. Custom connectors get built when there is a concrete case behind them, and a customer who explains which fields they need synced carries more weight than a checkbox on a comparison table.

What watsi does not do with Tokko Broker

  • It does not connect to your Tokko Broker account or use its credentials.
  • It does not sync inventory, prices or availability with Tokko.
  • It does not write contacts, notes or activities inside Tokko.
  • It does not find out about a change on a listing until it reads that page again.

Frequently asked questions

Does watsi integrate with Tokko Broker?

No. There is no integration or connector with Tokko Broker. Watsi and Tokko coexist: one manages the inventory and the other handles the WhatsApp conversations.

Can I have my properties in watsi if I manage them in Tokko?

Yes, but not from Tokko: watsi can assemble its catalogue by reading the URLs of your already published listings. That is reading public pages, recording the source and the date, not a sync.

Is the agent going to quote outdated prices?

It can, if the published listing is out of date or if watsi has not re-read it yet. That is why, with an imported catalogue, the sensible thing is for the agent to speak about ranges and availability, and for the final price to be confirmed by an advisor or a quote.

Do I have to drop Tokko to use watsi?

No. They cover different things and do not compete for the same job.
