Comparison

watsi vs Wiggot

Before comparing it we have to say what its own website says, because it changes the whole decision: “Wiggot is now Monopolio Asesores”. On 3 October 2026, wiggot.com redirects to a single page that announces the merger, promises that “your account and your data stay the same” and sends you to monopolio.com.mx. There is no pricing page left, no blog and no product pages. What follows describes what that page states, and nothing more — because there is nothing more.

Wiggot describes itself as “Sell your properties faster with Wiggot. Publish your property on different portals, connect with other advisors, create your website and build your digital real-estate agency” — our translation of its own wording. Its website, reviewed on October 3, 2026.

We did not find an AI agent published by Wiggot. These are the pages we reviewed on October 3, 2026: new.wiggot.com/, wiggot.com.

Is it built for real-estate agencies?

watsi

It is its only vertical. There is no second industry to split the product decisions with.

Wiggot

Yes, and it never was anything else: a network of Mexican real-estate advisors with portal publishing and a website of your own. The question today is not vertical fit, it is what is left of the product after the merger.

How does it profile a prospect?

watsi

It asks about budget, area and payment method during the conversation, naming INFONAVIT, a bank loan or cash, and what it finds out stays on the contact record without anyone transcribing it.

Wiggot

The page that is left does not mention it. What it does publish is a publishing and inventory proposition — portals, the advisor network, a website — and not conversational qualifying.

Who does the setup?

watsi

A watsi operator builds it from the sales call. The customer connects their WhatsApp and reviews it; they do not build the agent.

Wiggot

This cannot be answered with what it publishes today: the only call to action on its page is “contact the sales team”, and the real route runs through Monopolio Asesores. Asking about the onboarding process is part of what you have to ask.

Where do the leads come from?

watsi

Through your own WhatsApp number: the one already on your ads, on your portal listings and on your yard sign.

Wiggot

From portal publishing and from the advisor network, which is its historical promise: “join the largest network of real-estate advisors in Mexico”. On the two pages we reviewed it does not publish any conversational agent to handle those leads; the only mention of artificial intelligence is for writing more competitive listings.

How do you pay for it?

watsi

A public price in Mexican pesos, VAT included, on our pricing page.

Wiggot

Today it does not publish that: its plans page no longer exists and its only route is to talk to sales. The live offer is the Monopolio Asesores one, which does publish prices for advisors on its own site.

When to choose Wiggot

If what you are after is being inside a large network of Mexican advisors, to share portfolio and publish inventory, Wiggot — today Monopolio Asesores — is the better of the two, because watsi is not a network and publishes properties to no portal. Ask in the demo what happens to your account after the merger and which part of the product you saw advertised is still alive, because that is exactly what its website no longer answers.

Frequently asked questions

Does Wiggot still exist?

As an independent brand, not according to its own website: “Wiggot is now Monopolio Asesores. We merged in order to grow and to empower every real-estate advisor in Mexico”. The page adds that your account and your data stay the same. If you are evaluating it, you are evaluating Monopolio Asesores, and it is worth asking for the demo there.

Does Wiggot have an AI agent that answers WhatsApp?

On the two pages of theirs we reviewed on 3 October 2026 it does not publish one. The only thing it mentions about artificial intelligence is creating more competitive listings, which is writing a listing and not handling a prospect. Monopolio Asesores, the successor brand, does publish a module called “Agente IA”; that is a claim about Monopolio, not about Wiggot.

Why is it still in this comparison if it merged?

Because it is the name people keep searching for, and the one the AI summaries about real-estate tools in Mexico keep citing. Taking it out would leave that search without an up-to-date answer; leaving it in without saying it merged would be worse still. This page is reviewed every month, and the merger will be reviewed with it.

On pricing: we do not publish the Wiggot figures here, because they change and we do not control them. Check them on its own page. The watsi ones are on our pricing page, in pesos and with VAT included.
