Of this whole section, NOCNOK is the one closest to watsi in framing: it also presents itself as a real-estate product rather than a horizontal platform with a landing page, it also arrives with the agent already built and it also books. The difference is which half of the problem each one solves. NOCNOK is a CRM that also publishes your inventory to the portals; watsi publishes inventory to no portal and puts all of its weight on the conversation.
NOCNOK describes itself as “The real-estate CRM with AI. Your virtual assistant answers every lead in seconds over WhatsApp, assigns prospects automatically, connects Facebook and Instagram and publishes to more than 10 portals” — our translation of its own wording. It is its only vertical. There is no second industry to split the product decisions with.
NOCNOK
Likewise. It calls itself “El CRM inmobiliario con IA” and does not offer the product to any other line of business. On this axis they tie, and it is the only competitor in this section you can say that about without qualification.
How does it profile a prospect?

It asks about budget, area and payment method during the conversation, naming INFONAVIT, a bank loan or cash, and what it finds out stays on the contact record without anyone transcribing it.
NOCNOK
It frames this as credit pre-qualification: “it detects who does qualify for a loan and connects the transaction end to end, without friction”. On the pages we reviewed it does not name INFONAVIT or FOVISSSTE, so we do not credit it with telling them apart; what it publishes is mortgage pre-qualification in general.
Who does the setup?

A watsi operator builds it from the sales call. The customer connects their WhatsApp and reviews it; they do not build the agent.
NOCNOK
You build it yourself on their product: “train an assistant with your inventory and your way of selling”. It also publishes a results-based guarantee at 30 days, marked with an asterisk whose terms are not on that page.
Where do the leads come from?

Through your own WhatsApp number: the one already on your ads, on your portal listings and on your yard sign.
NOCNOK
Through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, your site and the portals — and in the other direction too, because it publishes your inventory to more than ten of them: it names Inmuebles24, MercadoLibre, Mitula, Lamudi, Casas y Terrenos, Properstar and Doorvel. This is the axis it wins clearly.

When to choose NOCNOK
If your inventory is not organised anywhere yet and what you need is a single tool that loads it, publishes it to the portals and answers as well, NOCNOK is the better of the two with no argument: watsi publishes to no portal and never will. Choose it too if you would rather train the assistant yourself than have an operator build it, and if the 30-day guarantee it publishes gives you the reassurance you need to start.

Do NOCNOK and watsi do the same thing?
They overlap on the conversation and part ways on the inventory. Both are real-estate products with an agent of their own that answers on WhatsApp, qualifies and books. NOCNOK is also the CRM where your inventory lives, and it publishes that inventory to more than ten portals; watsi works on your WhatsApp number and publishes to none.
Which one tells INFONAVIT apart from a bank loan?
watsi asks for it by name inside the conversation. NOCNOK publishes mortgage pre-qualification and detecting who qualifies for a loan, but on the pages we reviewed on 3 October 2026 it does not name INFONAVIT or FOVISSSTE, so we do not credit it with that. If that distinction is what decides the viewing in your operation, ask them in the demo.
Can I use NOCNOK to publish and watsi to answer?
In principle yes, because they solve different halves, but you would be paying for two agents on the same conversation: the assistant NOCNOK calls “Asistente virtual con IA” already answers. It makes more sense to pick one of the two for handling the conversation and not duplicate it.
